On Ning, both administrators and site owners can submit help requests to the support team. Ning’s support team and Ning’s customers wanted a way to view, submit, manage and reply to tickets, so we designed a support portal from scratch. The portal was built right into each customer’s own site through Salesforce‘s API, so they could manage all support tickets without leaving their own Ning Network.
